Hey, look what I found in the parking lot at Veteran’s Memorial today?

Now to be fair, there was a handicapped placard hanging on the rear-view mirror of this monster.  It does make you wonder, though.  If you can climb in and out of an H2, how handicapped can you BE?  You’ve practically gotta climb up a freakin’ ladder to get into one of these things, but somehow you need the closest spot to the building wherever you go?
